The RMIT Design Archive Fashion and Textile collections focuses on the work of Australian fashion and textile designers, with a particular emphasis on Melbourne design. It preserves and records the often-neglected documents and artefacts of design practice including drawings, notebooks, photographs, swatches, textile lengths, pattern blocks, toiles, scrapbooks, posters, teaching manuals, magazines, clothing and digital media. It is a growing collection and we actively seek material to add to these holdings.
